I’m always looking for grab and go FODMAP snack options to take with me. It sounds like it should be easy but just because a product is gluten-free doesn’t mean it is FODMAP safe. That was one of the hardest lessons I learned. Reading and learning about labels is a great lesson for anyone but especially if you’re on the FODMAP diet.
What I love about this trail mix is that it’s easy to put in a Ziploc bag and run out of the house. I don’t know about you but I always have to have snacks on me because I get hangry out of nowhere. I joke that I carry snacks on me like I have kids but it’s important for me to be prepared.Print
An easy grab and go FODMAP snack option!
- 1/4 cup of your favorite FODMAP safe cereal
- 10 almonds or 5 walnut halves & 5 almonds
- 2 tsp sunflower seeds
- 1 tbsp raisins
- Combine the ingredients together and snack away!
