My granola has only FODMAP safe ingredients and quantities. Ingredients include: gluten free oats, sea salt, unsweetened coconut flakes, pecans, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, vanilla extract, maple syrup and coconut oil.
One pack comes with 6 ounces of Granola.
The Low-FODMAP Diet for Beginners includes:
