Ultimate Snack List on the FODMAP Diet

I’m going to be 100% honest here when I say the hardest part about being on the FODMAP diet is the lack of “On The Go” snacks.  Finding snacks that you can take on the go with you is much more of a challenge than the actual main dishes I have found.

This list below are my go to staples but please let me know if you have any additions I should add.  The best part about this diet has been the tips and tricks I have been able to gain from you!
