Miso Marinated Cod

Description

A fish recipe packed with Asian flavors.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 Ounce Cod
  • 2 tablespoons White Miso
  • 1/4 Cup Mirin
  • 1 Tablespoon Raw Sugar
  • 1.5 Teaspoons Tamari (or soy sauce if you are not gluten-free)
  • 1.5 Teaspoons Sesame Oil
  • 1 Tablespoon Water
  • 1 Tablespoon Fresh Ginger, grated

Instructions

  1. Place cod in a baking dish.
  2. Whisk all ingredients in a small bowl and pour on top of cod. Flip cod over and marinade on the other side.
  3. Refrigerate for at least an hour but the longer the more flavorful the fish will be.
  4. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Bake for 15 minutes. Turn oven to broil and broil for an additional 4 minutes.
  5. Serve immediately, enjoy!
