A super easy and affordable DIY yogurt pouch to enjoy with the entire family!


  • 16 oz whole milk yogurt
  • 1 cup fruit of your choice  (I use a blend of whatever I have in the fridge & freezer)
  • 1 cup spinach


  1. In a blender, add all the ingredients and blend until combined.
  2. Pour into reusable pouches until after 3/4 full.
  3. Refrigerate or freeze until ready to enjoy!
